Statutory Consumer Rights

This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights under Danish and EU consumer law. Under Danish law, you have a 24-month right of complaint (reklamationsret) for manufacturing defects present at the time of delivery.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your legal consumer rights.

All issues, faults, defects, and warranty claims must be reported to Speediance After-Sales at after-sales@speediance.com.

This is the only channel through which product issues are registered and processed. Claims submitted through other channels may be delayed or redirected. To allow us to process your case, please include:

  • Your order number and proof of purchase
  • The product serial number
  • A description of the fault, including when it first occurred
  • Photos or video of the issue where relevant
